THE POST: PROJECT TEAM ASSISTANT
The Project Team Assistant will support Greenpeace Indonesia Program Team in development, implementation and monitoring & evaluation of Urban campaign projects including to conduct technical and substantial support on preparing and pushing online materials (emails and social media contents). The position will be responsible on taking and keeping administrative project documentation and its documents (such as taking minutes of meetings, consolidating notes, photos, contacts, and project papers/term of references and social media postings, etc). She/He will work towards the goals of Greenpeace Southeast Asia (GPSEA) Urban People Power (UPP) Framework and Greenpeace’s overall objectives.
In certain situations, as determined by external events and upon the instructions from the ID Country Director, the Project Team Assistant is expected to work on other campaign issues and projects as needed.
This is full-time position for one year fixed term contract with possibility to extend based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
